CHAPMAN - Phyllis May (nee Chaplin) Of Cardigan Road, Bedworth. Passed away peacefully in Fairfield Care Home on 9th January 2019 aged 86 years. Much loved Wife to Dennis, loving Mum to Carol and Janice, Mother-in-law, cherished Nan and Great Nannie. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium on Friday 1st February at 4.15pm.
